We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Services without notice.

3. Age Restrictions
The Site and Services are for users 18+. By using the Site, you confirm compliance.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment Methods: Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer (by invoice).
• Refunds:
• Digital products (e-books, templates, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Services (consultations, campaigns): Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase if work has not commenced. No refunds after deliverables are provided.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes/fees.

5. Delivery of Digital Products
After payment, you’ll receive access to purchased files/links. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., email providers, payment processors).

6. Online Consultations
- Platform: Conducted via Zoom.
- Cancellation: Must reschedule/cancel 24+ hours in advance. Late cancellations forfeit fees.

7. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All Site materials (text, graphics, logos, files) are owned by PathwayPro and protected by copyright laws.
- Usage: Materials are for personal/non-commercial use only. No redistribution, resale, or modification without written permission.
- Client Content: You retain ownership of materials you provide but grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
- We disclaim liability for third-party actions (e.g., payment processors, Zoom outages).
- No guarantees of specific results from marketing services.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PathwayPro from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your infringement of third-party rights (e.g., unauthorized content use).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: United Kingdom.
- Dispute Resolution:
1. Negotiation: Parties must attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days.
2. Mediation/Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation or binding arbitration in the UK (excluding courts).

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics).

13. Severability
If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain valid.
