Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

2. No Refunds for Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable after delivery, as they:
- Are immediately accessible upon purchase
- Cannot be physically returned
- Contain proprietary business information

3. Consultation Cancellations
a) Full Refund Available If:
- Cancelled ≥24 hours before session
- Technical issue on our side prevents meeting

b) No Refund If:
- Cancelled <24 hours before
- Client no-shows
- Session has started

4. Data Handling During Refunds
If a refund is issued:
1. We will retain transaction records for 5 years (UK tax compliance)
2. Your account data remains archived per our [Privacy Policy]
3. Downloaded files must be deleted (honor system)


5. Dispute Resolution

2. Mediation: If unresolved, we'll propose UK-based mediation
3. Chargebacks: May result in service suspension
